All eight IBF designations earn continuing education credit. Hours vary by designation and state regulatory board. IBF programs are currently approved for CE credit with state insurance departments nationwide, including California, Florida, New York, and Texas. The CFS, CAS, CES, CIS, CTS, CSS, CDFS, and CDAS are also approved by the CFP Board, NAPFA (National Association of Personal Financial Advisors), and PACE/IWI.
