Richard D. Picone is a registered representative with Raymond James Financial Services based in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida.  Richard is a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) and candidate for CFP® certification. Richard holds securities licenses 63, 65, and 7. 

In 2001, he joined his Father, John V. Picone of Picone Financial Partners. We manage over $100 million in assets for over 200 clients. We specialize in retirement planning, income solutions, affluent households, fee based accounts, and risk management. Our dynamic total wealth management approach is customized to meet our clients’ unique financial needs and objectives. Richard’s current role at Picone Financial Partners is portfolio management, personal retirement plan design, and operations leader. 
 
Richard is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and graduated from Temple University Summa Cum Laude. Richard grew up in Bucks County, PA and now resides in Estero, FL with his wife Heather and son Anthony.
 
When not working, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys being outside playing sports or in the garden.
