About Richard

Richard began preparing taxes professionally with the 2002 tax year working for H&R Block. During his 3 years of employment he took close to 400 hours of tax education classes and taught a number of upper-level tax classes. Richard left H&R Block in 2005 when he and his wife purchased a tax business.

Richard graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a California registered Professional Engineer (PE). In 2005 Richard took the IRS Special Enrollment Examination and became an Enrolled Agent in April of 2006. In 2008 he began adding FINRA and insurance licenses and now offers various financial services. Richard became a Certified Fund Specialist in 2014. He became a National Social Security Advisor in 2015.
