Donald Ferguson joined Beacon Pointe (Formally Keeney Financial Group) as a Wealth Advisor in 1998 and holds the designation of Certified Income Specialist (CIS). Don, a Maryland native, has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. In addition to his business degree, he also holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 registrations. Don began his financial services career in 1989 serving as an Officer and Investment Counselor for Signet Bank and Signet Financial Services, and later a Personal Investment Counselor for First Union Brokerage Services. In this capacity, he was responsible for assisting the bank’s high net worth clients in the areas of investment and estate planning. His responsibilities include client consulting and financial management for asset accumulation and wealth preservation.

Don and his wife, Cheryl, have been married since April 1995 and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren, Vincent, Noelle, Hayden, Kaitlyn and Melody. Don is also a fan of both the Ravens and Orioles and enjoys fishing, boating and weekends with friends and family at the beach.
