For three decades Damon has focused his expertise on helping retirees, business owners, and families reach their financial objectives. Key to this process is the ability to listen carefully to clients and help them craft a clear strategy for managing risk, controlling taxes and making more informed financial and investment decisions. Damon\'s expertise has been featured in numerous publications including OregonLive, Advisor Today, InsuranceNewsNet, Round the Table, Employee Benefit News and the Agents Sales Journal. Damon is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and served as the NW Oregon President in 1992. He also is a member of the Institute of Business and Finance and is a Qualifying Member of the distinguished Million Dollar Round Table. Damon served on the SAFECO Insurance Regional Advisory Council as well as the Symetra Investment Services President\'s Advisory Council. Intent on contributing to his community, Damon has been recognized as the principal local fundraiser for Operation Hope, a global nonprofit organization promoting financial literacy in low-wealth communities. He additionally volunteers with Banking On Our Future and the Financial Beginnings programs, education young people in Oregon and Washington through courses in banking, money management and investing.
